Request Account & Data Deletion
Submit a formal request to permanently delete your user profile, personal information, and associated records.
đź“‹ What happens when you delete your account:
- Personal Data Permanently Erased: Your name, phone number, email address, saved delivery addresses, dietary preferences, and saved cart items will be completely purged.
- Device & Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push notification tokens and auth sessions will be revoked.
- Statutory Retention: In accordance with Indian tax (GST) and accounting regulations, historical financial invoices and completed transaction logs are retained for statutory audit compliance only and decoupled from your active identity.
- 7-Day Grace Period: You have a 7-day grace window. If you log back into the app before the deletion date, your deletion request will be automatically cancelled.
